Synopsis
“Yan Feifan, the chart. Did you finish it?”
He doesn’t look up from the bed, fingers still at the patient’s wrist. “It’s done.”
“And you remember all of it?”
Word for word, number for number, heartbeat for heartbeat. “I do.”
On paper, Yan Feifan is exactly what every hospital wants: the star resident, the one who never slipped below the top of his class. Then an accident tore a year and three months out of his life.
