Hulk lowers his shoulders, feels the impact crack up his spine, and hears the roar of the crowd—then the stadium vanishes.

The next thing he sees is pale sky, a woman’s chest that could blot out the sun, and a pair of nipples each the size of the ball he used to carry. The toughest fullback on the field has been stripped of his pads, his name, even his species. Now he’s a squalling giant infant, cradled in arms bigger than the offensive line he once bulldozed.

They call him Orion.

Among the giants of the Barren Mountains, Orion grows up small. Small hands, small stride, small voice, always trailing behind his broodmates whose footsteps shake dust from the cliffs. He’s the one they nudge aside at the meat fire, the one whose stone club always feels a little too heavy.

On his tenth birthday, the world blinks—and a translucent panel hangs in the air before him, lines of numbers and skills ticking in neat rows. It lists his strength. His speed. His failures. And, for the first time in this harsh new life, it offers him something else: a way to rise.

Grinding through pain and humiliation, Orion starts choosing upgrades instead of excuses. He hurls boulders until his fingers split, runs mountain paths until his lungs burn like coal, and slowly, stubbornly, drags his tribe up with him.

By the time the other clans realize what the runt of the litter has become, the Barren Mountains belong to a new ruler—a Titan King forged from broken bones, bad odds, and a man who once only knew how to run straight through whatever stood in his way.
