This uncanny smile almost made everyone lose control... It felt entirely different from before, though they couldn't pinpoint exactly how. This laugh was like that of a.... True manic.

Blake's frown deepened as he sensed the simmering rage emanating from Aether's gaze, a rage that seemed to burn with an intensity that bordered on madness.

"Of cour---'Sllckkk'" Before Blake could respond, Aether flicked his Arcane card with lightning speed. It shot past Blake, cutting his cheek before disintegrating into particles and vanishing.
