But if Holy Light undergoes a mutation, and the skills altered by Heavenly God recombine, then the Holy Light will no longer be pure and will corrupt people, just like the corruption I was afflicted with in the past."

"You mean there’s a monster in the Holy Court similar to you back in the day?" Lu Hong raised an eyebrow and then chuckled, "That’s great; the alliance has its work cut out. "In short, it’s just really powerful. It can absolutely ensure your escape from the Great Arena of All Heavens." Holy King guaranteed earnestly, wishing he could thump his chest if he had a true form.

"Then I’ll find an opportunity to fetch the artifact."

"But hey, there’s no time to lose. Hurry up," the Holy King urged.

"I won’t listen!" Since the believers left once they met, leaving only the two of them, who else could his words have been for, if not her?

"Really, listen to me, please!" Lu Hong hurriedly grabbed Anna. "I was talking to the Sword Spirit, I swear it!"

"Sword Spirit?" Anna snorted with dissatisfaction. "Who are you trying to fool?"

"Come out!" Lu Hong slapped the Space Ring and threw the bronze greatsword on the ground, yelling, "Explain yourself, now!"

"I can’t come out, I’ll die!" the Holy King wailed.

"If you don’t come out and prove it, I’ll end you right here!"

Seeing Lu Hong lose his temper at a greatsword, which didn’t seem like a drill, Anna tentatively gave him a chance.

"Alright, just for a moment!" The Holy King reluctantly agreed. Then a white Holy Light dispersed from the bronze greatsword, and before Anna’s eyes, it took half human form, the Holy King gave a slight bow to Anna: "Hello sister-in-law."

Anna’s eyes widened; she had never seen a sword with a spirit in her life, and she exclaimed in wonder, "There really are such things?"

As soon as she spoke, seven or eight black iron chains burst from the bronze greatsword, trapping the Holy King’s ghostly image firmly and dragging it back into the sword.

"Remember to give me some compensation!" The Holy King didn’t forget to ask for a favor from Lu Hong at the end.
