Chapter 45 - You're too amateurish

Qin Lan’s face turned deathly pale, sweat beaded densely on her smooth forehead, her entire figure curled up into a ball.

A voice echoed in the room, causing Qin Lan to shift in color; could there really be someone in her house?

Then, from behind the balcony curtains, a figure stepped out at a leisurely pace.

The sudden appearance of a person in her own home alarmed Qin Lan, the realization dawning upon her: the gunfire was real, they really had been the target of an assassination attempt.

Because he noticed that Ye Xuan had vanished from in front of him as if disappearing into thin air, this bizarre scene causing a shiver in his mind.

“I told you, you really are amateurish.”

An indifferent voice, suddenly coming from behind him, carried a teasing tone.

The man in black broke out in a cold sweat and stiffly turned his head, seeing the figure standing behind him, his pupils contracted suddenly.

“You… how did you get behind me?”

His face held an expression of horror, as if he had seen a ghost.

This guy’s speed was uncannily fast, simply inhuman.

His response was a harsh crackling sound, like the scrapping of metal.

The man in black looked and immediately his scalp tingled, his body hair standing on end, witnessing an unbelievable sight!

His handgun, unbeknownst to him, had ended up in Ye Xuan’s hand, casually crushed in a few squeezes, click, click turned into scrap, decomposed into its component parts, scattered on the ground.

A person had actually crushed a gun?
