Chapter 240

"Wow... I didn’t think you were this arrogant when I talked to you back in the village." Enid spoke with a neutral expression as she looked at him.

"I didn’t knew I was talking to a back-stabbing whore back then. Although, I don’t understand how you got the whole village to play along with you." Leon asked with a neutral expression.

"Oh... All those stories are true. I do have a husband and child both of them are demons as well.

In order to create my sad story, I had to make that act. So that if one day, someone like you comes... I can just use it.

The village was supposed to stay hidden from the outsiders but she must’ve used some of her leftover powers to reveal the village in front of you.

"Oh well... If you want to to die that bad. I will give you a swift death." Enid spoke with a smile as she immediately raised her hand and used a spell.

But, nothin happened...

"Hmm...?" Leon looked at her hand with a confused expression.

"What !?" Enid asked as she immediately looked at her hand and noticed that her magic wasn’t working.

She tried to cast the spell again, but nothing happened.

"What is happ-" Enid started speaking but as soon as she turned to look at Leon, she noticed a wide smirk on his face.

Four days ago, Inside Mia’s house...

Leon placed Mia on her bed since she fell asleep while crying near the campfire.

As soon as he placed her on the bed... Leon turned around to leave but suddenly, he noticed something odd.

"Hmm...?" Leon slowly turned around and noticed a small piece of black vine on her skirt.

’This vine... I know this. It’s the same vine that covers the body of those cursed fairies.’ Leon thought with a serious expression as he looked at Mia’s sleeping face.

’Something is not right...’ He thought immediately using his skill on her.

’Obviously... How can her husband run away with her child ? That’s one dumb story to believe in.’ Leon thought with a serious expression.

’Fine... You want to play this game ? Let’s play darling...’ He thought immediately turning around and leaving the house.

As soon as Leon exited the house, Mia opened her eyes and stood up from the bed.

"What the hell was he staring at me for so long ? I can guarantee he was thinking of raping me. Hmm... I would’ve liked that." Enid spoke with a smile as she walked upto the left corner of her house and pressed against a small wooden door.

As soon as the wooden door opened up, she flicked her hand and her body’s size started to shrink.

In just a few seconds, her body shrinked down to a one year child’s height.

She then exited out of the small door and started walking towards Orion’s house with a smile on her face.

After reaching behind Orion’s house, she Knocked on the small door that built near the bottom left corner.

*Knock-Knock*

"Coming." Orion’s voice came from inside as he opened the door immediately.

"P-Please come, Madam Enid." Orion spoke as he immediately went down on his knees.

Enid entered inside the house and her body grew back to her original size.

"What the hell is wrong with you ? Why were you saying that you are going to carry me to the house ?" Enid asked with a serious and angry expression.

"I-I was just letting him think that you are-"

"Oh shut up... Let’s just go and check if that bitch is dead or not. I will go first and you will come one hour after me." Enid spoke as she immediately exited through the backdoor.

"Bitch." Orion spoke with an angry expression as he closed the door.

*Thud*

Back to present,

"What have you done ?" Enid asked with a confused and shocked expression as she looked at Leon.

Leon immediately placed his hand inside his pocket and pulled out a white flower.

"The flower of Draumet... I rubbed this all over my body when I was coming here. Hope you don’t have any kind of allergies with it." Leon spoke with a wide smile as he looked at Enid.

"How do you-" Before she could’ve completed her sentence, Leon flicked his finger and one of the Nyxter’s blade came flying down from above and stabbed directly through her foot.

*Stab*

"Hmmm... ?" Enid looked at the blade with a neutral expression and then looked at Leon.

"You think this can hurt me ?" Enid asked as she looked at him.

"I really thought that it will." Leon replied with a neutral expression.

"I don’t feel any pain, Leon. My body has outgrown the need to be manipulated by pain." Enid replied with a smile.

"Oh really..." Leon spoke as he immediately flicked his finger once again.

Another blade came down with full speed and pinned her other leg to the ground.

"I don’t understand... didn’t I just tell you that I don’t feel any pain ? I can instantly recover from that wound as soon as that blade comes out of my leg.

You might’ve taken away my control on magic but you still can’t kill me. The flower’s effect will wear off slowly, you can try to kill me with anything you want until then but once I get my powers back... I will not be giving you a swift death anymore.

I will make it very very painful." Enid spole with a mocking smile as she folded her hands and looked at Leon.

"Oh I don’t want you to feel pain, darling." Leon spoke with a smile as he immediately pulled out a small vile of pink coloured liquid from his inventory.

"What’s that ?" Enid asked with a smile.

"This is the strongest poison that exists out there. As soon as it enters your body, you will die instantly." Leon spoke with a smile as he opened the cork and started walking towards her.

"What ? Seriously ? I am a demon Leon... Human poison is like water to me. Here... drop it into my mouth.

Look I am opening my mouth... Come on drop it." Enid spoke with an arrogant smile as she opened her mouth.

Without wasting another second, Leon emptied the bottle into her mouth.
