However, at that moment, Ye Yaxin’s cool voice rang out, and Xiao Yifeng immediately stopped his movement to beat up Hu Mingrui.

A smile spread across his face as he looked at the Ye Yaxin before him.

“Beauty ah, I didn’t expect the old man to be so reliable this time, finding me such a beautiful wife.”

Xiao Yifeng looked at Ye Yaxin with an excited expression.

Seeing Xiao Yifeng staring at her persistently, Ye Yaxin’s eyebrows furrowed slightly, her expression cooling a few degrees as she glanced at Xiao Yifeng with a hint of disgust and said, “Don’t hit him anymore.”

“Since the wife says not to hit anymore, then I’ll spare you, old guy.

Remember to thank my wife a lot, otherwise you might be lying in a hospital bed for months.” Xiao Yifeng glanced at Hu Mingrui and huffed.

“I am not your wife.”

Listening to Xiao Yifeng calling her his wife again and again, Ye Yaxin’s expression turned unpleasant, and she spat out coldly.

Xiao Yifeng said as he took out the photo he had previously shown to Qiu Yuying and handed it to Ye Yaxin.

“A photo doesn’t mean anything.

I don’t know you at all and have never had a husband.”

“Wife, my old man himself told me that you are my wife, and that he and your grandfather personally set this marriage contract.

This is the marriage contract, and it even has your grandfather’s signature on it.”

Xiao Yifeng said as he took out an old piece of paper from his shoulder bag and gave it to Ye Yaxin.

Seeing the marriage contract, Ye Yaxin’s complexion changed.

It was indeed a marriage contract, and it even bore the three characters of Ye Tianxiong, indeed her grandfather’s handwriting.

Could all of this be true?

Impossible?

Ye Yaxin immediately denied the idea, how could she, Ye Yaxin, suddenly have a fiancé, and one who looks like a beggar at that?

Xiao Yifeng pursed his lips and huffed.

In a flash, the group of security guards were all stunned, their eyes showing shock and confusion as they looked at one another, some unable to react.

“Don’t talk nonsense, I have nothing to do with you,” Ye Yaxin said, her face dark and her eyes coldly fixed on Xiao Yifeng, thinking to herself that this guy was truly a bastard.

“Are you security guards here just to feast on your salaries?

To let such a lunatic in and even injure me and Director Nie, do you still want your jobs?

Capture this bastard immediately, call the police, send him to the police station,” Hu Mingrui bellowed as he clutched his beaten face, angrily pointing at Xiao Yifeng.

Being a substantial shareholder of Ye Corporation and a high-ranking director, Hu Mingrui had never been hit like this before, let alone at a board meeting.

This was the ultimate humiliation for him.

Even though this guy claimed to be Ye Yaxin’s fiancé, nobody believed it.

After all, how could Ye Yaxin, the pride of the Ye Family, possibly have a fiancé who looked like a beggarly migrant worker?

“Hey, old man, haven’t had enough of being hit, have you?

Do you want another slap from me?” Xiao Yifeng swept a glance at Hu Mingrui, who immediately backed away several steps, widening the distance between them.

The security guards’ attention was now firmly on Xiao Yifeng, their minds reeling with shock.

This guy had dared to hit one of Ye Corporation’s major shareholders—truly insane.

Qiu Yuying also hadn’t expected this guy to pull off such a stunt.

He couldn’t really be from a mental hospital, could he?

“President, I’ve already called the police.

They will be here any moment,”

Qiu Yuying looked towards Ye Yaxin; now, all decisions were up to the president.

Ye Yaxin’s face was cold, her gaze fixed on Xiao Yifeng, “Whether this marriage certificate is real or fake, I will not have anything to do with you, so get that out of your head.”

“I can’t do that.

It’s not every day you find a wife who is both pretty and wealthy.

I can’t let this chance slip by,” he said, curling his lips and leisurely taking a seat on a chair, catching everyone by surprise with his composed demeanor.

“Bastard, you guys aren’t taking action yet?

Take this guy down now,” Nie Tianming finally snapped out of his shock, his face swelling up, his eyes flickering with deep hatred as he glared at Xiao Yifeng.

“Move!”

That’s when the vice-chief of security, He Li, finally spoke up.

With two of Ye Corporation’s major shareholders attacked, if he didn’t do something, he might very well lose his position the next day.

At He Li’s command, the group of security guards all charged toward Xiao Yifeng in unison.

“I’ve always disliked getting physical.

I consider myself a model youth,”

Xiao Yifeng muttered, looking innocent, but his body rocketed out of the chair in an instant, his legs whipping out in rapid succession.

Bang, bang, bang!

In the blink of an eye, the seven or eight security guards, all ex-soldiers with some martial arts background, were swept to the ground by Xiao Yifeng’s legs.

He then calmly took his seat again, the whole process taking no more than three seconds, as if nothing had happened.

Yet, the seven or eight security guards lying on the ground were a very real sight, startling everyone once again.

The vice-chief of security, He Li, was also taken aback by Xiao Yifeng’s formidable strength.

His eyes narrowed, his face revealing a serious expression as he charged towards Xiao Yifeng.

The next second, He Li’s body sprung into the air, lifting his right leg and sweeping it towards Xiao Yifeng with a gust of wind – the power of his leg sweep could shatter stones and split metal, obviously not weak.

As the vice-chief of security for Ye Corporation, it was only natural that He Li possessed considerable ability, being a retired special forces soldier from one of the military units in China.
