"How did you get in here? Why have so many unknown Fae suddenly logged in?" Gaven’s vision blurred, and his soul consciousness was pulled into the backend of the Dragon Oak Dream Realm, where Lord Virginia appeared before him. After ensuring that the threat of the Dwarves Vampire had been resolved, Lord Virginia returned to the Fairy Wilderness ahead of the others.

As the lord of the Fairy Wilderness, she could not stay away for long, especially with the Black Mirror Kingdom eyeing her territory, ready for a large-scale invasion at any moment.

Recently, her frequent use of portals to shuttle between the Dragon Oak Territory and the Three Rivers Region had caused dissatisfaction among some of the Fae, not to mention her prolonged absence.

Even Stelina couldn’t stand by and watch; she had privately advised Virginia, suggesting she should prioritize her responsibilities and that her assistance to Gaven should be moderated and have limits.

She was the lord of the Spring Bud Forest, not the Dragon Oak Territory; her primary concern should be the Spring Bud Forest.

Although Lord Virginia did not take much of this advice to heart, she sometimes had to feign compliance for the sake of peace and quiet.

"I believe I may have found a way to expand the Dragon Oak Dream Realm," Gaven shared his discovery with Lord Virginia, animatedly.

At first, Virginia’s face showed unmistakable joy, but as she listened to Gaven’s explanation, her expression became somewhat rigid, "One success does not guarantee anything, especially when that success is based on a unique existence. Next time, you will not have the Rose Tower to borrow from."

"I understand," Gaven said with a smile, "The significance of this is that it points the way for our research. At worst, we’ll just have to find a way to build something like the Rose Tower ourselves to assist the transformation of the Dragon Oak Mother Tree."

"Easier said than done, Heaven Craft is not ordinary magic; it is a closely guarded secret of the Supreme Mages and known by very few." Virginia had heard of the term Heaven Craft but had never seen it. Despite Yaling being a close relative of Elves, only a handful of them had attained the status of Supreme Mage.

"We’ll find a way, sooner or later," Gaven was very optimistic, "The transformation is almost finished; I’m going to head out now."

Gaven voluntarily ended his dream realm conversation with Lord Virginia.

If this dream realm network could be deployed, it would be far more than just a mere means of bringing the Fae into the dream to mobilize the War Giant Tree of the Dragon Oak.

It could even become an instant communication network—the Dream Net Communications.

The transformation and energization of the Rose Tower by the Dragon Oak Mother Tree were coming to an end.

Overall, the Rose Tower had indeed become somewhat dragon-oak-like, but the changes were not earth-shattering.

The external changes were evident in the Dragon Scales bark, while the internal changes manifested in the tower’s vibrant life force, which seemed to have been reinvigorated, vibrant from top to bottom.

When Gaven awoke, fewer than ten Thorn Spirits, including Thorn Spirit Leader Deep and Druid Ian, had managed to resist the temptation to enter the Dragon Oak Dream Realm.

Gaven’s face was full of apology: "I’m sorry, I just wanted to see if I could enlighten the Rose Tower. I didn’t expect such an unexpected transformation, and I think it would have been too late to stop it even if I tried. But rest assured, this will not bring any harm to the Rose Tower, including the now connected Dragon Oak Dream Realm.

You’ve seen it just now; it’s not a mere illusion, but a real entity called the War Giant Tree of the Dragon Oak, located in the Fairy Wilderness’ Spring Bud Forest. The Dragon Oak Dream Realm is established based on it.

Once you enter, you can interact with other Fae in the Fairy Wilderness."

"This incident isn’t entirely Mr. Gaven’s fault, I allowed it..." Thorn Spirit Leader Deep said.

"Enough, no need for further discussion," Ian waved his hand to interrupt Deep’s culpable offer, "What’s done is done, and who’s to blame doesn’t matter now. Luckily, no significant damage resulted. We will handle the dream realm issue ourselves, and we do not want such an incident to occur a second time."

"Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely," Gaven assured emphatically.

Anyway, with the Dragon Oak Dream Realm now opened, his goal had been fully achieved.

As for the possibility of these Thorn Spirits abandoning the Dragon Oak Dream Realm, that was something Gaven had not even considered.

A person who has never used a smartphone and does not know how to use one could reject such temptation.

But having used one and then being asked to return to a time without one, the thought is unbearable, especially when the smartphone is always at one’s bedside with no other form of entertainment available.

Ian made his intentions to see his guests out very clear, and Gaven, naturally not wanting to overstay his welcome, got up to leave of his own accord. Before departing, he kindly reminded, "Lord Ian, rest assured that the Dragon Oak Dream Realm has an anti-addiction mechanism. If they exceed twelve hours inside and haven’t exited, the dream realm will automatically eject their soul consciousness, and they will be prohibited from re-entry for the next twelve hours. The most update n0vels are published on ɴoᴠel Fɪre.nᴇt

Beyond that, the sound of alarm bells can also awaken them directly from the dream state."

Ian snorted, "You’ve thought it all out very thoroughly, haven’t you? Thank you, I’m aware."

"If there’s anything unclear, feel free to inquire at the consultants’ office within the dream realm. The consultants there will provide as detailed answers as possible. If they cannot, the issue will be relayed to Lord Virginia or me, and we will work to provide you with answers," Gaven added, "If you encounter any problems you cannot solve, you can request assistance from Lord Virginia through the dream realm. I’m certain she won’t ignore your plight."

Having said that, Gaven left without waiting for the other’s response or reaction.

He left the Thorn Spirit Druid and Thorn Spirit Leader Deep standing there, dumbfounded.

They understood every word Gaven said, but when put together, they were somewhat lost for comprehension.

Especially the last part, requesting assistance from Lord Virginia through the dream realm?

Lord Virginia was the lord of the Fairy Wilderness; how could they seek her aid?

Or was the dream realm directly connected to the Fairy Wilderness?

Indeed, if they were in the same dream realm, it seemed possible to do that.

The two looked at each other, and Deep carefully suggested, "Otherwise, Lord Ian, shall we go in together and see what the situation is with this dream realm? Hearing is false, after all. If this dream realm can connect to the Fairy Wilderness, or even make contact with a Fairy Wilderness Lord, then its value would be enormous. If vampires appear again, we won’t have to be so passive."

"We can’t go in at the same time; after all, there are too many people asleep. We need to prevent any accidents from happening. You stay here. I’ll go in and see what’s happening, and then we’ll decide," Ian suggested.

"Alright," the Thorn Spirit Leader wanted to go in first, but he had been at fault, and clearly didn’t have the confidence to argue with Ian.

The Thorn Spirit Druid had only been in there for a couple of minutes when he suddenly jumped up from the ground, repeatedly saying, "We have wronged Mr. Gaven. He has given us an unprecedented great gift. Come on, let’s go apologize to him quickly."

A mere two minutes in the Dragon Oak Dream Realm had completely changed Ian’s attitude by one hundred and eighty degrees, from feeling someone owed him two million to feeling as if someone had given him two million for free.

Just by making a circuit, he profoundly realized the convenience of the Dragon Oak Dream Realm and its value to the Fae Race.

This was equivalent to giving them the opportunity to communicate with countless members of the Fae Race in the Fairy Wilderness without any barriers, and all without leaving home—a prospect that was very appealing to them.

Ian had been wrong to treat Gaven with such suspicion and mistrust initially.

The more Ian thought about it, the less the Thorn Spirit Leader could stand still: "Wait, let me enter the dream realm to understand the situation first. Otherwise, how will I even know how to apologize?"

Ian thought about it and agreed that without actually experiencing it firsthand, it was impossible to understand its meaning. No matter how detailed others’ explanations might be, it all felt several layers removed. He nodded and said, "Alright, go then, but be quick."

Without further hesitation, Deep plunged into the Dragon Oak Dream Realm. When he emerged a few minutes later, his expression was visibly bewildered, and he walked as though he were still in a dream. "Had I not seen it with my own eyes, I would never have imagined that such an extraordinary existence could be in this world. We have been ignorant. Let’s go find Mr. Gaven together and apologize to him. We misunderstood him."

In the forest, it is very easy for a Druid to find someone.

They quickly traced the tracks and found Gaven.

He had not gone far, still in the Land of Sealing checking out trees, clearly considering which might be suitable for Enlightenment.

Although he had started with the Enlightenment Spell, the Dragon Oak Mother Tree had taken over everything; it didn’t count as Enlightenment, so today’s spell had not been used yet.

The trees directly above the Land of Sealing seemed numerous.

In fact, most had completely died, leaving only twisted husks behind.

Normally, such dead trees in a dense forest would become the breeding ground for new life, with various insects and fungi taking a fancy to them for nourishment and nesting.

But not the dead trees here. They were simply left to the ravages of time, with no trace of fungi or insects, not even a single weed.

Only a few trees were left, sickly and withered, their forms grotesque and twisted. From afar, they resembled monsters baring their fangs and claws.

The situation here was very similar to the Weizemay Manor— the whole land was soaked with Negative Energy.

The aura of the Legendary Vampire, though fully sealed by the Fine Gold Coffin...

Still, the presence of Undead Divinity, coupled with its inherently evil Attributes, naturally attracted Negative Energy. Accumulating here and unable to be absorbed by the Legendary Vampire...

Over time, this severely affected the native inhabitants.

The first to die were small organisms like bacteria, insects, and weeds, followed by medium-sized ones like shrubs and vines. Lastly, only the ancient trees remained, struggling until they inevitably perished.

After a round of knocking and inspecting, Gaven found five half-dead trees, all of the same species—willows.

The original varieties were indistinguishable now, as they all looked quite similar—bark dark as night, riddled with dense fissures. Leaves that should have been lush green were now a mix of green and black.

To be more precise, the newly grown leaves were green but slowly turned black with time before falling away, carried off by the wind.

This was how they attempted to rid their bodies of excess Negative Energy.

Such efforts addressed the symptoms, not the cause.

If it had not been for Gaven and his company vanquishing the Legendary Vampire, their demise would have been only a matter of time.

Gaven’s careful observation revealed that most of the trees here had died in the past half-month when the group of vampires had attempted to remove the seal.

The five willow trees that survived did not do so because they were the strongest, but because they were located closer to the periphery.

The bulk of the Negative Energy had been absorbed by the other trees.

It was pure luck that these trees were still hanging on by a thread.

"I’ll do a good deed through to the end, like sending the Buddha to the west. I’ll bestow upon you a great fortune today. How far you’ll take this opportunity now depends on you," Gaven said.

Patting the tallest of the black willows, Gaven leaned against it and activated the Enlightenment Spell.

Whether or not he could enlighten them into Treants, Gaven had set his sights on these five weeping willows.

Because their Attributes now suited the Weizemay Manor well.
