After leaving the Vienna International Hotel, Ye Fan had some time before Shen Yan’s temporary studio appointment, so he decided to drop by the Heroic Bar to see Lu Chengqiang and Shi Sheng.

Entering the box, Ye Fan noticed snacks, fruit plates, and several bottles of Red Star Erguotou laid out, guessing that Lu Chengqiang and Shi Sheng must have been drinking and chatting there just before.

Lu Chengqiang apologized, “Sorry for the mess, I rushed out to greet you and forgot to ask someone to replace these.”

As he said that, he was about to make a phone call.

“No need,” Ye Fan waved his hand, “I’ve been quite busy recently and will have to leave after sitting for a while.”

Once inside her private resting room, after closing the door, Shen Yan walked over to the tea table and sat down elegantly on the sofa to start making tea.

Ye Fan approached and took a seat on another sofa.

As she boiled water, Shen Yan said with a smile, “I’m a bit tired too, it’s a good time to take a break and enjoy a cup of tea.”

Ye Fan hummed in response, and watched Shen Yan prepare the tea with practiced elegance, not asking about the thing she had mentioned earlier that she wanted to give him.

After she had prepared the premium Xinyang Maojian tea and poured two cups, they both savored a small sip across from each other.

“I prefer drinking green tea, and this premium Xinyang Maojian is my favorite,” Shen Yan said as she savored a sip, enjoying the lingering taste on her tongue and lips.

“Unfortunately, this tea has a low yield.

Even if I ask friends to bid for it at its origin, I can’t get much, not nearly enough to satisfy my consumption.”
