Both of their phones rang in sync, which could only mean one thing. Someone messaged the group chat they created last night.

- Nyx: Where are you guys at? I'm already halfway there.

- Aria: I'm close.

- Nyx: Maybe we could get some ice cream before we go in.

- Aria: Sorry, I'm on a diet.

- Nyx: Ah, should've known. What about some strong alcohol? It might be smart considering the circumstances.

- Aria: ...

At this point, a third person joined.

- Luna: We just grabbed a ride. ETA 20.

- Nyx + Aria: We?

- Luna: Yeah, I slept over at Kaiden's.

- Nyx: Bold.

- Aria: Hmph. I heard guys don't like girls who are too clingy, especially not after just getting to know them.

- Luna: Curb your jealousy, princess.

- Aria: ...

- Kaiden: Morning, ladies.

- Nyx: Hey.

- Aria: Hi Kaiden, good morning to you too! How have you slept? Did you eat breakfast? Are you ready for today?

- Kaiden: I'm good, thanks. Also, everything will be fine. You'll have a great time, don't worry about a single thing—leave it all to me. There's one thing I wanted to say. You might be approached by Zadie or another agent once you're done with your part of the shooting regarding talks of a long-term contract. I know you girls are strapped for cash, but I am going to ask a favor; give me a day. Don't sign nor verbally agree to any further commitments with the studio. Once we are done shooting, I would like to propose something to all three of you.

A short silence ensued in the chat, and Luna, who was in the same car, glanced at him questioningly, but he only smiled mysteriously, not giving her any further details.

- Aria: You can count on me, Kaiden.

- Nyx: Same.

- Kaiden: Thanks. You won't regret it, I promise. See you soon.

"Hey there," Zadie greeted the four youngsters who were seated in the waiting room.

"Hi, Zadie," They all said in sync.

"Are you ready to get the show going? I sincerely hope no penetration happened last night...?"

"None," Kaiden nodded.

"Only oral..." Luna corrected smugly.

Zadie wryly chuckled but made no further fuss. "That's all right. Follow me, please."

The glasses-wearing woman waved for the group to follow her as she led them down a hallway that opened up into a larger, more welcoming space.

"Here's the shooting room you'll be using today," she announced as she opened the door to reveal an expansive set. The walls were lined with diffused lighting to create an inviting atmosphere. A large, plush bed occupied the center of the room, which was surrounded by carefully placed props such as velvet chairs, ornate mirrors, and a dresser with various lingerie options.

Around it were a series of tripods and high-quality cameras already positioned to capture multiple angles. Mics were suspended from the ceiling, blending in with the overall aesthetic of the room.

Kaiden was surprised by what he saw, which he voiced nonchalantly, "Feels pretty surreal to see things like this. It's like an episode of behind the scenes for a show."

"Pretty cozy, huh?" Zadie grinned. "We want it to feel as natural as possible while still producing high-quality film."

The woman then pointed at an unassuming door. "This here leads to the resting room. You'll be able to relax between scenes, take breaks, grab a bite to eat, and even go for a nap here. Well, the girls. I'll work you like the workhorse I believe you to be, Kaiden. Of course, you will still get food and drinks as well as some downtime between the shoots."

He shrugged his shoulders, "No biggie."

"At least you're confident, but you know what they say about arrogance."

Kaiden smirked, "Ask Angel if it's pride or arrogance speaking."

"Khm." Zadie abruptly coughed into her palm as very vivid and loud memories of yesterday flashed in her mind.

The group peeked inside the adjacent room. It was equally inviting, with comfortable lounge chairs, a couple of beds, and a small table set up with a variety of snacks, water bottles, and energy drinks. The room had a more casual vibe, making it the perfect spot to wind down during breaks. There was even a screen set up to monitor the footage being recorded.

Zadie turned back to the group and asked, "Any volunteers to start?"

"Me!" A feminine voice shouted instantly, surprising all present. It came from the silver-haired beauty. Aria was very enthusiastic to start for some reason.

"Sure. Here's the script," Zadie said, then reached into her purse to pull out two papers. She handed one to Kaiden and the other to Aria. "I know it's trash; you don't need to tell me. Not many people care for the story in porn videos, so we've been cutting down on screenwriter expenses."

Kaiden glanced towards the paper in his hands.

It was the most generic AI slop imaginable. He had no doubts in his mind that the 'writer' just lazily input some prompts into an AI writing program, probably not even caring enough to check the output.

It had a lot of cringe dialogue and ended as such;

They exchange a playful smile, their excitement building as they inch closer, the mood lighter and filled with anticipation.

"This is the job you were hired for. Come, we will visit our makeup artists before the shoot. You can memorize your award-winning lines there," their director instructed.

"Good luck!" Nyx cheered before the trio disappeared from the room.

"What about the filming crew?" Kaiden asked. He didn't want some filthy mutt to record his girls.
