Chapter 29 - The First Bully

A thin man wearing gold-rimmed glasses sat on the sofa in the room, his face grim as he looked at the four corpses before him.

This skinny man with the gold-rimmed glasses was none other than Li Tie, the head of Capital City’s underworld, who had strong ties with many on the legitimate side.

Chen Hu was an underling of Li Tie’s, and just a short while ago, Li Tie’s men had found the bodies of Chen Hu and his three capable subordinates and brought them here.
