Chapter 366 - Suspicion

Due to teaching Lu Chengqiang and Shi Sheng ancient martial arts, Ye Fan hadn’t made it to the Emali Group that afternoon.

At 6:36 PM, Ye Fan waited at the gates of the military district’s compound and saw Li Zhaojun’s Maserati pull up.

Then, he started his car and followed hers into the compound.

After parking, Ye Fan and Li Zhaojun met up.

Li Zhaojun didn’t ask where Ye Fan had been that day, but rather said in a warm tone, “Let’s go upstairs.”

Ye Fan nodded, and he walked shoulder to shoulder with Li Zhaojun toward the red-walled building.

As they turned left on the second-floor corridor of the red-walled building towards Old Master Li’s room, Li Zhaojun reached out and delicately held Ye Fan’s arm, a gesture of close intimacy.

Li Zhaojun’s action caused Ye Fan to stiffen all over, pausing to turn and look at her.

Li Zhaojun lifted her pretty face, her expression usual as she said, “We’ve held hands so many times, there should be some progress, shouldn’t there?”

Ye Fan could only nod.

Ye Fan acknowledged with a sound, suddenly remembering that he had once half-jokingly asked Li Zhaojun to accompany him to buy clothes, but she had refused at the time.

Mo Xiaoyan was in a bad mood today.
