Phantom Veil (Tier 3): Consumes mental energy to affect and block the perception of enemies within 20 meters. When mental energy is exhausted, upon attacking, or being attacked, the user automatically exits stealth. Skill cooldown: 10 seconds.

Reading the description of the equipment, Serea was stunned for a moment, then let out a shout.

"Holy crap, god-tier assassin equipment! Comes with concealment and stealth—if I give this to Little Black, he'll be completely unbeatable!"
