With just one look, the man furrowed his brow, his obsidian eyes revealing a clear disgust, retracting his gaze to continue working.

Not wanting to see, unwilling to witness the two of them, Titus Zane simply closed her eyes to rest.

Titus Zane was a stranger to Nathan Moore, having met only three times, including at her sister’s wedding.

In contrast, her mother would frequently make overseas calls, advising her repeatedly with concern.

The man buried in work on the sofa looked up abruptly, his obsidian eyes now seemed to shatter like ice, dark and dismal as poison.
