Chapter 850 of "Farming in a Parallel World and Becoming a God" opens revealing the plot: "Iâll make you lose convincingly," Gaven did not opt for a Dispel Magic against the... Discover what happens!
"Iâll make you lose convincingly," Gaven did not opt for a Dispel Magic against the Half-Blue Dragon Warrior but instead switched the Crown Shield back to the Serpent Hilt Curved Sword, ready to counter attack with attack.Such arrogant and haughty opponents were nothing new to him. To truly subdue them, you needed to defeat them in their area of expertise and become an entity they could only dream of reaching.
Despite both being immensely large, their agility was incredibly beyond expectations. When the actual fight ensued, the impact on the deck was much less than anticipated. The reason? Not only did the Half-Blue Dragon Warrior spread his Dragon Wings, but Gaven also unfolded a pair of Red Copper Dragon Wings, imitating his opponent and using the wings to provide additional thrusting force.
"Fuke, what kind of power is this now?" The Half-Blue Dragon Warrior couldnât help but curse again.
In the midst of battle, his opponent transformed, taking on a new variation; he turned into a Half-Dragon himself, only a Half-Red Copper Dragon. The strength and constitution, which had roughly matched his own before, began to overwhelm him.
"Superstate Transformation." Gaven was equally shocked, marveling at the power of the Half-Dragon template.
When transforming into a state similar to Shanobaâs dragon-winged form, attributes gained a bonus of Strength +2, Constitution +2.
Transforming into a Flying Dragon state adjusted attributes to Strength +4, Dexterity -2, Constitution +4.
Heâd already felt overwhelmingly powerful before, but this Half-Dragon was even fiercer, getting direct attribute bonuses of Strength +8, Agility +2, Constitution +4, Intelligence +2, Charisma +2âall were genuine enhancements to his innate abilities.
With these attributes, Gavenâs stats without activating any Special Abilities became: Strength 24, Constitution 21, Agility 20, Intelligence 23, Perception 18, Charisma 22.
With such attributes, Gaven only needed to manipulate the Singing Stone to enter a Transcendent State. Adding the Second Overfrequency and Bionic Art to achieve three Legendary attributes was not far-fetched for him. Perhaps one day, even the Legendary Body from the legends wouldnât be out of reach. It must be said, deserving of a True Dragon Bloodline, Shanobaâs bloodline, no matter how many times diluted, simply could not compare.
Of course, the price was a non-human form; he could clearly feel both his muscles and bones undergoing significant changes, converging infinitely towards that of a Giant Dragon.
"Another spell... Despicable, get out of my way!" The Half-Blue Dragon Warrior, no longer paying any attention to the Serpent Hilt Curved Sword slicing towards him, let go of his Fine Gold Blossom Hammer and smashed it towards Gaven from behind.
With greatly increased attributes, Gavenâs perception as well as his reaction speed reached an astonishing level.
He had sensed something off behind him even before the Half-Blue Dragon Warrior made his move. However, since his main focus was on his opponent, he did not act rashly. Now that the Half-Blue Dragon Warrior had acted, there were no hesitations. Twisting his body sharply, he leveraged the terrifying power bursting from his sturdy waist and savagely struck back with the Serpentine Bizarre Sword.
A sneaky figure, hunched over, was making a stabbing motion at Gavenâs lower body, the dagger in hand flashing an eerie green light, clearly coated with potent poison.
Seeing the Transcendent Warriors who were fighting fiercely a moment ago now joining forces to attack him, the assailant cursed out loud, "Sarod, you fool, Iâm the captain. Hold him offâheâs Gaven Nort, the Commander of the Conqueror Army. If we kill him, the Conqueror Army will crumble without a fight, and we will be the heroes of the entire Giant Dragon Coast. After this, weâll be able to do whatever we want here."
While cursing, the attacker didnât dare slow down and merged directly into Gavenâs shadow, ready to launch a special ability, Shadow Jump, to escape. He had previously used this ability to sneak up and attack Gaven.
The Half-Blue Dragon Warrior, Sarod, snorted, "This is my duel. Your interference is an insult to me; itâs a declaration of hostility against me. Go to hell."
The other Fine Gold Blossom Hammer in his hand ignited with lightning, not aiming at Gavenâs shadow but rather, with fierce intent, targeting the surrounding shadows. The opponentâs peculiar ability was indeed tricky but not without traces to followâit required shadows for jumping and couldnât be too far. The attacker had likely used the shipâs three-dimensional structure for the surprise attack.
"Seeking your own demise," Gaven scoffed coldly.
The opponent had jumped out from his shadow by catching him off guardâthey now hoped to jump away through his shadow, which was purely wishful thinking.
His shadow was connected to the Weizemay Manor, linked to a vast amount of Negative Energy. In the past, he didnât use the Negative Energy to drag living beings not because it was impossible, but because the intense influx of energy could cause irreversible harm to those beings, potentially turning them into Shadows.
But against enemies, there was no need for courtesy, especially not for an enemy turning into a mass of shadows and delivering themselves to his doorstep. Copious amounts of Negative Energy surged forth.
The assailant only felt the shadows, typically as obedient as his limbs, suddenly becoming incredibly cumbersome, like sinking into a bog; each movement became extremely difficult. When a torrent of Negative Energy rushed toward him, he couldnât help but scream. Discarding the thought of jumping away, he leaped out of the shadow. Although he was an Otherworldly Creature, made up predominantly of physical body material, having his body flooded with Negative Energy was certainly not a pleasant affair.
