Old Eagle instinctively looked up, but immediately realized he had been duped.

He raised his hands to the sky, and a silver-gray metal shield materialized above his head!

“Thump!”

Under the force of gravity, the shield emitted a dull sound.

Old Eagle instinctively stepped back, followed by several consecutive kicks.

While holding the shield high, he drew a gemstone-encrusted long sword from behind.

As he lifted the sword, the ruby on the hilt shone blindingly bright, illuminating the entire alley!

Seeing the attacker’s face covered with an opaque black mask that had a dizzying effect upon closer inspection, he diverted his gaze, swinging his sword forward in a slash!

“Tzing!” The sharp sound of cutting through the air resonated as the residential building opposite him was sliced open starting from the fifth floor, as if it were a cube of tofu.

Although only a fine line appeared on the wall surface, all the steel rebar inside was cut through, penetrating the building with the force akin to that of a water jet!

The smell of blood quickly wafted out from the windows, not knowing how many people had been cleaved in two in their sleep.

Dodging the strike, Xu Huo hovered at the height of the third floor, frowning at the crack on the wall.

He had just witnessed Old Eagle trapping the agents of the Special Matters Bureau with a Golden Smoking Pipe; that Smoking Pipe was likely a one-time prop, which crumbled into pieces and dissipated after use.

He had come out to intercept but hadn’t expected Old Eagle, even with a gunshot wound, to be so skilled.

The surprise attack had failed, and he realized he had missed the only chance he had to kill the man.

The enemy, wielding so many props, was likely a player from another zone, at least of a higher level than himself.

As he hesitated about whether to take another gamble, Old Eagle suddenly turned tail and ran!

Xu Huo leaped down from midair, stomping on the ground twice with his running shoes, enhancing his base speed by thirty percent, and in the blink of an eye caught up with the wounded man!

“Tzing!” Old Eagle swung his sword at him again, the swordlight seeming to form a membrane in the air sharp enough to cut through anything.

Xu Huo sidestepped to avoid it, only to find that the length of the membrane extended beyond the alley, slicing a shop across the street in half!

When he had sliced through the residential building earlier, the length of the sword’s slash had only penetrated the building, likely no more than twenty meters, but now it had suddenly stretched several times that!

“Get out of the way!” Old Eagle shouted at him and then dashed towards the smoke-filled streets.

Avoiding his consecutive slashes, the two of them, one after the other, plunged into the fog.

Inside, the fog seemed not so thick, with visibility clear.

Xu Huo ran up the wall, getting ahead of Old Eagle, and as he flew forward for a kick, he controlled the piano wire to wrap around the Metal Shield and tugged hard, leaving no defense up front—his kick landing squarely on Old Eagle’s nose!

Old Eagle grunted in pain, stumbling back while swinging his sword wildly!

Xu Huo dodged nimbly, and this time the thin membrane that formed became narrower and shorter, just slicing through an abandoned wooden cabinet in the alley.

The cabinet split open with a sound, but the wall behind it was left without a single mark!

Turning back to look at the sword in Old Eagle’s hand, he kicked the wooden cabinets one after another, flying towards him.

The front and back cabinets were close together, but the sword only managed to split the first cabinet, the latter being blocked by the Metal Shield!

“I see.”

The attack range of the long sword depended on the size of the target: as large as a building, or as small as a brick.

The first object it struck upon slashing was the pinnacle of its distance, regardless of the object’s size.

It could only hit the very first target across space!

Understanding the approximate attack range of the Ruby Sword, Xu Huo kept kicking things in the alley toward Old Eagle!

From large potted plants to small bricks, each time Old Eagle swung his sword, he could only cut through one item, and eventually, the flying objects became more numerous, and he simply couldn’t free his hands to swing the sword frequently.

He had to either raise the sword to block or directly cut through with the blade.

“Hiding in the shadows, who are you?

Why are you ambushing me?” Old Eagle also realized that the use of the long sword had been seen through, and he stared at the person opposite him, “Brother, the agents of the Special Bureau are nearby, and you wouldn’t want them to discover you either, right?

Tell me what you want!”

The time limit for Xu Huo’s mask had arrived, and it gradually changed from black to white, covering his face like a piece of paper.

He did not remove the mask, even without the dizzying effects, it could still be used as a regular mask, and the person in front of him had no ability to see through the mask to his true face.

“Special Bureau?” Xu Huo looked around at the mist, the recent commotion was enough to alarm the Special Bureau players, but so far, none had appeared, and even the nearby residents hadn’t come out to check, it was like the mist outside the Hot Spring Mountain Villa, which could block sight and sound.

“In that case, let’s finish this quickly!” He took a step back with his right leg and suddenly accelerated towards Old Eagle!

Facing him directly gave a more intuitive sense of the pressure of speed than being chased from behind.

Old Eagle was startled, dodged the last brick, withdrew the prop, and suddenly vanished on the spot!

Xu Huo paused in his sprint, quickly dodged onto an air conditioning unit on the wall, and took out a lighter, aiming at the empty alley.

The prop “Arsonist’s Tool” could only be used to ignite the clothes on someone’s body.

There were two essential conditions: one was that there were no obstacles between the prop and the target, and two was that the target had to hear his words.

He had never used it when he couldn’t see the target at all, but…

his gaze fell on the shadow on the ground: “Ignite!”

No sooner had he spoken than fire inexplicably ignited in the air, then the flames jumped erratically, now bright now dim, before falling to the ground again.

Since Xu Huo was unsure whether the invisibility had the ability to cover props, he didn’t rush in recklessly but kept adjusting his position.

Everything he could get his hands on was thrown at Old Eagle!

The sound of clattering was incessant, and Old Eagle, annoyed by the disturbance, drew his long sword and slashed at him!

Seizing the opportunity, Xu Huo charged forward, breaking Old Eagle’s right arm with full force, the long sword clattered to the ground, and he accurately grabbed the opponent’s throat, hanging them with a piano wire and pulling them up into the air at full speed!

Old Eagle couldn’t use his broken right hand, and with his left hand stuck on the side of his neck, he forcefully created a gap in the piano wire with his spread fingers, just about to free himself when suddenly a piece of paper was blown over by the wind, covering his face.

The elongated paper wrapped around his head, spiraling continuously until it had completely sealed him off.

Old Eagle struggled for a moment, and then, the Metal Shield burst through the paper, not only tearing the Girl in the Painting but also pushing the piano wire away.

Old Eagle, regaining his freedom, leaped down from mid-air.

Now at a certain height above the ground and injured, he did not land steadily, and the Girl in the Painting, reformed into a piece of paper, flew at him, knocking him to the ground; then Xu Huo raised his toy gun!

Seeing his own prop in someone else’s hand, Old Eagle was surprised and silently cursed Ma Yu for being a fool, but when he moved to block, the Metal Shield was suddenly grabbed!

He turned back, looking at the paper painting that had unexpectedly come to life beside him, his eyes widening in shock: “Super Props?!”

“You actually have a Super Prop, who the hell are you…?”

As he turned towards Xu Huo, a blast of fire roared towards him!
