It seemed Yuki had taken the liberty of preparing something, though I had a feeling she wasnāt the only one involved.Sure enough, when we arrived at the dining area, Mitsuri was already sitting at the table, humming to herself as she enjoyed a bowl of rice. She looked up when she saw us, her eyes lighting up with curiosity as she noticed Akeno beside me.
"Good morning, Alex!" Mitsuri greeted cheerfully before her gaze shifted to Akeno. "Oh! Whoās this?"
Akeno smiled, her eyes twinkling with amusement. "Iām Akeno. A pleasure to meet you."
Mitsuri tilted her head. "Akeno? I donāt think Iāve seen you around before."
Akeno giggled. "Thatās because Iām not from here. I came to visit Alex."
Mitsuri blinked, her curiosity growing. "Oh? Are you two close?"
Akeno smirked, her gaze flickering to me before she leaned toward Mitsuri slightly. "Well, you could say that. Though, I must say, you were very loud last night."
Mitsuriās face instantly turned crimson.
I sighed, shaking my head. "Akeno..."
Mitsuri covered her face with her hands. "W-Wait! You could hear that?!"
Akeno giggled, clearly enjoying the reaction. "Oh, absolutely. You didnāt exactly try to be quiet."
Mitsuri groaned, hiding her face against the table. "This is so embarrassing..."
Yuki, who had just walked in, gave Akeno a disapproving look. "Must you tease her so early in the morning?"
Akeno grinned. "Of course. Itās too fun not to."
I rubbed the bridge of my nose before patting Mitsuriās back. "Donāt worry about it, Mitsuri. Akeno just enjoys getting reactions out of people."
Mitsuri peeked at me through her fingers, still red. "S-Still... that was private..."
Akeno leaned back, sipping her tea. "I was just saying she had a lot of energy. Itās actually quite adorable."
Mitsuri groaned again, clearly wanting to disappear.
I chuckled. "Alright, alright. Enough teasing. Eat up, Mitsuri."
Akeno smirked but didnāt push further.
After breakfast, I turned to Akeno. "Since you came all this way, how about we go out for a bit?"
Her eyes lit up. "A date?"
I shrugged. "Call it what you want. Thought you might want to see more of this world."
Akeno smiled, looping her arm around mine. "Then Iād love to."
Mitsuri, still recovering from earlier, pouted. "No fair... I want to go too..."
I chuckled. "You had your time with me yesterday."
Mitsuri turned red again and quickly stuffed rice into her mouth to avoid further teasing.
Yuki sighed. "Iāll handle things here. Go enjoy yourselves."
Akeno gave her an appreciative nod before turning back to me. "Shall we, then?"
I smirked. "Letās go."
We left the mansion and walked through the town. The streets were lively despite the early hour, vendors calling out as people passed by, children running through the alleys, and the occasional demon slayer patrolling.
Akeno glanced around, taking in the sights. "Itās so different from what Iām used to. This world has such an old-fashioned charm to it."
I nodded. "Itās not as advanced as where we come from, but it has its own appeal."
Akenoās gaze softened as she watched a small group of children playing with wooden toys. "Itās peaceful... in a way that feels fragile. Like it could be taken away at any moment."
I glanced at her. "Youāre not wrong. Demons are a constant threat here. People fight every day just to keep that peace."
She turned to me, a thoughtful look in her eyes. "And yet, youāre here. Protecting them, even though you donāt have to."
I shrugged. "I am protecting them because I am trying to get close to them, not because I am good."
Akeno smiled. "Thatās one of the things I like about you."
We continued walking until we reached a small teahouse. I led her inside, and we took a seat near the window, the aroma of freshly brewed tea filling the air.
Akeno leaned her chin on her hand, watching me with an amused expression. "So, how many women have you seduced in this world so far?"
I rolled my eyes. "Do you really want to have that conversation?"
She giggled. "Not really. But I do enjoy watching you squirm."
I smirked. "I donāt squirm."
Akeno raised an eyebrow. "Oh? Then Iāll just have to try harder."
I chuckled, shaking my head as the tea was served. We spent the next hour talking, laughing, and simply enjoying each otherās company. Despite the teasing, there was something comforting about being with Akeno.
As we walked back toward the mansion, she suddenly stopped and looked up at me. "Can I make you something, Alex?"
I raised an eyebrow. "What is it?"
"Are you going to take me to bed and fuck me like thereās no tomorrow because I am really holding back a lot?" Akeno said with a slutty voice.
