The Sword Academy team stood in the silent, empty graveyard, the psychological weight of the encounter pressing down on them.

Jessica sighed softly: "Forget it."

"Remember what that commander Reed said, Brooklyn is southeast." Jessica said, leading her team toward their designated trial.
The wind howled past them as the Dragon Academy team soared through the ash-clouded sky, the ruins of New York sprawling beneath them like a concrete graveyard.
"Captain, why did you allow them to attack the gateway in Brooklyn?" Precious asked in confusion, flying behind Mirabella. Her competitive nature couldn’t understand why Mirabella would willingly hand over points to their direct rivals.
Mirabella didn’t look back, her gaze fixed on the dense demonic energy rising from the borough of Queens. "Veronica, tell them about the strength of the guards." Mirabella instructed the Beast lady flying beside her.
"Yes Master." Veronica replied instantly, her voice completely devoid of its former arrogance, replaced by the hollow obedience of the Mental Overlord skill.

’There is no Lv1,000, but if they can just imagine the strength, they will know what I meant.’ Mirabella thought, using the simplified, numeric logic of the lower realms to explain a concept of profound, higher-dimensional cultivation. She then added the final, crushing piece of reality:
"Each of these guys are stronger than Lv500. The weakest, who I killed is already too powerful to a mere Lv500. So do you think Jessica and her team can destroy the gateway?" She asked.
