The wind around the grand arena violently shifted, drawing upon the world’s elemental energy. A massive, devastating tornado formed instantly before her, roaring with the destructive force of a natural disaster, and without a second of hesitation, it shot forward, tearing up the stone tiles as it headed straight towards Cupcake.
"You humans never learn." Cupcake said, her voice echoing with a strange, celestial resonance.
Devastating purple lightning bolts shot out aggressively from Cupcake’s human form, smashing right into the center of the spinning tornado and instantly destroying it into scattered, harmless winds. But to her mild shock, the residual wind didn’t just dissipate; Jessica had layered her spell, and the wind instantly formed into highly compressed, razor-sharp blades, which shot towards her blind spots.
"Hmph." Cupcake scoffed, entirely unimpressed by the tactical layered magic.

The whole coordinated attack smashed violently into a suddenly materialized purple lightning barrier around the feline familiar, harmlessly turning into scattered wind upon impact.
"This Beast is crazy. I will have to deal with you myself!" Jessica muttered through gritted teeth, her calculations failing her. She shot forward like a fired bullet, completely abandoning her ranged strategy and no longer holding back her physical strength.

The two combatants collided with the force of falling meteors, rising a massive cloud of shattered stone dust and thick smoke into the air. The whole Arena held their breath, moving their gazes all over the place, watching in profound terror as the sheer shockwaves of their attacks completely destroyed the first protective barrier Master Hayatobi had erected, and began violently creating spreading cracks on the second crimson barrier.
"Die!!" Jessica yelled, swinging her heavy, energy-infused sword downward at Cupcake’s exposed neck. She went straight for the absolute kill; the tournament’s laws were clear. The beast before her was legally just a summon, so killing her won’t affect the competition rules or cause a disqualification, as long as Mirabella was still alive.
"This human is funny." Cupcake smirked, a dangerous, feral glint in her eyes.

A massive, lightning-wreathed tail completely bypassed the sword’s trajectory and smashed Jessica brutally from the side, sending her flying several meters back through the air.
’A tail?!!’ Jessica thought with gritted teeth, her ribs aching as she aggressively channeled her wind skill to stabilize herself in the air, before landing heavily on the ruined ground, her boots carving deep trenches into the stone.
She quickly looked up at Cupcake, who was now majestically hovering in the air, two brilliant, ethereal white wings flapping slowly behind her back, radiating divine authority.
’This cat is unbelievably powerful. She is not only faster than me, but also stronger.’ Jessica thought, panic beginning to set in as she realized she was entirely outmatched by a mere pet. She desperately turned her gaze to Mirabella, who was completely ignoring the apocalyptic clash and was busy leisurely licking a brightly colored stick candy, staring at them with a relaxed, almost mocking smile:
’If her cat is this strong, How strong is Mirabella?’ She thought, a chill running down her spine.
"Okay, Human. I am getting serious now." Cupcake said, pointing one slender, clawed finger directly at Jessica.
’Getting serious?! Was she playing with me from the start?!’ Jessica was utterly dumbfounded. She watched in sheer horror as shimmering silver fur appeared on Cupcake’s human skin, followed by the manifestation of two twitching cat ears, and her eyes morphed into terrifying, predatory golden slits.
’Her spirit energy and aura... They are way above Lv500. What level is this thing on??’ Jessica thought, gritting her teeth so hard she tasted blood:
’Should I use that on this cat? No... It’s already marked to Mirabella, I can’t just waste it on her. Yes! If I used it on Mirabella, her Spirit energy will be cut off, and this cat summon will disappear.’ Jessica nodded to herself, finalizing her desperate logic. Without another word, she completely ignored the hovering celestial beast and shot towards Mirabella, who was still entirely busy with her candy.
"If I deal with you. I won’t have to fight that cat!!" She yelled, her voice laced with desperate malice, as the cursed, death-infused red crystal violently appeared in her hand.
"Taste this power I discovered in a dungeon!! You can’t escape it!!" Jessica screamed her pre-planned alibi, ensuring the monitoring arrays registered her lie.
With absolutely all her remaining physical and magical strength, she threw the glowing red crystal directly at Mirabella’s face.
BAM!!
The sinister crystal shattered midair exactly as designed, and before the completely stunned gazes of millions of spectators, terrifying green phantom ghosts shot out from the corrupted fragments, all flying aggressively towards Mirabella with their ethereal maws wide open, seeking to devour her spirit energy.
"Spectral Gaze, stage 3!!"
Mirabella muttered under her breath, her voice carrying the absolute weight of a sovereign monarch.

A terrifying, twenty meters tall black abyssal gate violently appeared from the void directly behind her. The massive double doors groaned and opened wide, revealing a singular, colossal red bleeding eye that stared down at the mortal plane.
The cursed Phantoms were instantly stunned, paralyzed by a higher cosmic horror. A devastating wave of pure, concentrated dark energy burst out aggressively from the massive bleeding eye, smashing right into them, instantly turning each one of the ghosts into scattered pieces of dead particles. The catastrophic waves didn’t stop there; they moved violently towards the arena’s boundaries, instantly destroying two of the reinforced barriers, then paused exactly on the very last standing silver barrier, and vanished harmlessly into the ether.
"So boring." Mirabella muttered, completely unbothered, as the massive gate closed shut with a deafening slam, and seamlessly vanished from sight.
"You?? You?!"
Jessica was utterly horrified. For her entire existence, heavily suppressed by her manipulator, this was the absolute first time she felt the true, unfiltered meaning of the word, fear. She looked frantically over her shoulder, seeing Cupcake hovering there, the feline’s golden gaze filled with absolute, murderous rage at the attempt on her Master’s life. Jessica slowly turned her trembling head back to Mirabella, whose beautiful expression was utterly flat and devoid of any mercy.
’What did the master say?! Yes, if I can’t win, I should surrender.’ She thought, her survival instincts screaming at her to end the match. She opened her mouth to trigger the tournament’s safety protocols, but before she could formulate the word, Mirabella calmly stretched her hand directly towards her:
"The Almighty."
Mirabella effortlessly tapped into the absolute laws of the world. She paused time for exactly ten seconds. The world lost its color, the falling debris froze mid-air, and the wind stopped howling. Without waiting for her to even process the temporal lock, Cupcake shot forward with her absolute full, unsealed force.

With a sickening crunch, Cupcake plunged her lightning-wreathed claws right into Jessica’s spiritual core, completely shattering it into irreparable pieces. The feline then instantly blurred away and stopped obediently beside Mirabella, who finally dropped her hand, releasing the temporal hold.

Jessica’s desperate surrender completely froze in her mouth as time resumed and the catastrophic physical damage registered simultaneously. The next moment, she screamed in pure, unadulterated agony, her cultivation entirely destroyed, and collapsed heavily on the cold stone ground, entirely unconscious.
