“I see.” Chen Yang nodded in understanding, although he didn’t really grasp the reason or purpose behind Wu Kexin’s actions.

But that wasn’t his concern.

His main reason for coming was to talk about expanding the greenhouse.

“Village chief, I thought about it last night, and I feel you were right.

We should really expand the wild mushroom greenhouse sooner rather than later.” Chen Yang said after a moment of silence.

Hearing this, Wu Kexin was slightly startled before putting down her work and looking up, “Suddenly had a change of heart?”

Meanwhile, Chen Yang said a few words to Wu Kexin before turning around and leaving the village office.

By this time, it was already past ten o’clock, and he was in a hurry to go to the greenhouse to pick wild mushrooms to deliver to the River Fish Restaurant.

Back home, Chen Yang immediately set off for the greenhouse with a basket.

This time he brought along Xiaoxiao because the speed of two people was indeed faster, and they were somewhat pressed for time.
