Humming a tune while riding a tricycle, Chen Yang made his way to the wholesale market.

He parked the electric tricycle by the roadside and then found an ice cream wholesale store, where he walked in.

“Boss, how do these ice creams sell?” Upon entering the store, Chen Yang immediately asked the boss.

The owner of the ice cream store was an elderly uncle.

He seemed to be in his sixties.

As soon as he saw a customer arriving, the boss immediately came out from behind the cash register with a big smile.

“Boss, our ice cream comes in many varieties.

We have expensive as well as cheap ones, it all depends on which kind you want,” said the owner, smiling and rubbing his hands together.

Chen Yang glanced at him and then said, “Show me the expensive ones.”

“Okay.”

The boss immediately brightened up at the prospect, then quickly led Chen Yang to a large freezer that was filled with all kinds of brightly packaged, stylishly shaped popsicles.

Chen Yang hadn’t tasted them, but just by looking, he knew that these popsicles were pricey.

He figured that girls would probably like these pretty things, so he picked based on appearance.

After carefully selecting a large bag of ice creams, he turned and handed it to the owner.

Seeing Chen Yang choosing a big bag at once, the owner’s mouth was grinning so widely he could hardly close it.

Meanwhile, he felt secretly relieved that he had been willing to offer that one free sample; otherwise, he might have missed out on this big sale.

After taking the large bag from Chen Yang, the owner cheerfully went to the front desk to calculate the cost.

Since the selection Chen Yang made was quite varied, it took some time to calculate the cost.

But within a few minutes, the owner had the total ready.

“Boss, the total for these ice creams is one thousand five hundred and sixty-eight yuan,” he said.

Chen Yang didn’t say much, simply pulled out his phone and scanned the payment over to the owner.

After confirming the payment from Chen Yang, the owner’s smile grew even broader.

He hurriedly put the ice creams into a good quality cardboard box, to ensure they wouldn’t melt anytime soon.

“Here are your ice creams, Boss.

We welcome your return visit,” the owner said after wrapping everything up and handing the package to Chen Yang.

Chen Yang nodded indifferently and then walked away with the ice creams.

Watching Chen Yang’s retreating figure, the owner couldn’t help but sigh, “The wealthy nowadays sure dress modestly.”

Chen Yang, carrying a box of ice creams, found his electric tricycle parked beside the road.

He placed the ice creams in the truck, then rode off in the direction of Liuhe Village.

Because he worried the ice cream would melt.

This Boss Liu, he was clearly here to start trouble over this matter.

But Chen Yang didn’t show the slightest fear, whether in terms of strength or righteousness.

He was not afraid of these people in front of him at all.

So, he merely nodded crisply, “Yeah, I’m the one delivering, what’s the problem?”
