He sneered, watching her helplessness and panic. Suddenly, he felt a rush of vengeful delight.

"Asher Land, you’re despicable, disgusting. How could you produce something so nauseating?" Sophie Smith trembled uncontrollably, raising her hand to strike him, but Asher swiftly intercepted her in mid-air.

"Nauseating? I think it looks quite good. Your performance was brilliant." With a slight push, he shoved her away, causing Sophie to lose her balance and fall to the ground.

Perversion!

This man, with a handsome face, why is his heart as dark as a Demon?

"Do you understand now the consequences of opposing me? I can easily destroy you."

She knows, of course, Asher Land has that power.

Asher Land pulled out the USB drive, tossing it onto her.

"Take it and appreciate it well. By the way, I might shoot more thrilling ones later. Consider your bed skills; don’t disappoint me."

With that, he slammed the door, leaving her alone in the empty room.

She sat on the cold floor, staring at the USB not far away, her heart in agony.

She felt all her dignity was dug out of her body, thrown to the ground, and mercilessly trampled on, filthy beyond measure.

"Asher Land, I hate you! I wish you were dead!"

When Sophie Smith arrived at the set, Asher Land was already seated there, like the center of a celestial gathering.

As an investor, why does he come to the set every few days?

"President Land is here to visit, hurry and get changed." The director urged beside her.

Asher Land’s gaze fell in her direction. She pretended not to notice, deliberately bypassing Asher Land and heading to the makeup room.

"Sophie?" As soon as she stepped into the makeup room, a gentle male voice reached her ears. Surprised, she looked up, meeting a gentle gaze.

"Wyatt Sterling!"

"You know me?"

Of course! She has some knowledge of the entertainment circle, especially with someone like him, a ’rising star’. How could she not know him?

"I know you because you are incredibly popular." Sophie admitted.

Huh? But come to think of it, why hasn’t she seen him these past few days in the crew?

"Due to scheduling conflicts, I joined the crew a few days late. I heard I’d be acting alongside a new film actor and I’ve been looking forward to it. You didn’t disappoint; you’re truly beautiful." Wyatt Sterling remarked with satisfaction.

"Thank you..." Sophie said softly.

"Are you also signed under President Land’s agency?" Wyatt Sterling asked.

"Yes."

"That’s great. I’m your Senior Brother, so why don’t you call me that?" He was very approachable, without any airs, which Sophie liked.

"S-Senior Brother."

Wyatt Sterling could tell that Sophie Smith was a rather introverted girl, and with such a personality, she might be lacking a bit to make it in the entertainment circle.

"I’ll head out now, see you later, little sister." Wyatt Sterling gently patted her shoulder, smiling as he spoke to her.

Wyatt Sterling is the male lead of this drama, but since he joined the crew a few days late, Sophie hasn’t acted alongside him yet. While being made up, she sat aside memorizing lines, contemplating emotions, not wanting to embarrass herself in front of Wyatt Sterling later, especially with Asher Land present!
