Chapter 17 - 15 UnbearableListening to Liam's encouragement, Maya suddenly stopped in her tracks. She turned around and looked at Liam, only to see his car driving towards the parking lot.

She seemed to hear another hidden meaning in Liam's words. If she guessed correctly, even if she fought with Elia today, Liam probably wouldn't punish her; he would ignore this matter.

Liam's incitement made the anger in Maya's heart burn more fiercely, making her feel she couldn't endure it anymore.

When she arrived in the classroom holding back her anger, Elia was chatting and laughing with others.

The classmate chatting with Elia noticed Maya's angry eyes, nudged Elia's arm, and gave her a look.

Elia, alerted by the classmate, looked up towards the classroom door, only to see Maya's eyes wishing to devour her.

She slightly raised the corner of her mouth, still feeling a bit unhappy about being taken away by Elijah last night. But anyway, she had finally dealt with Maya. However, she was more curious about who helped Maya detoxify last night.

Could it have been Liam's assistant, Elijah Reed?

So she sneered sarcastically, "Looking like that, are you not satisfied?"

Elia's mockery was undoubtedly an admission that she and Hannah did something to Maya last night.

Seeing Elia's arrogant demeanor, Maya took a deep breath, grabbed the book on the nearby desk, and accurately threw it at Elia.

In the past, when she was bullied, she always remained silent, reducing big issues to small ones, and small ones to nothing.

Today, she couldn't endure it any longer!

After being hit by Maya with a book, Elia's expression changed abruptly. She covered her right cheek and glared viciously at Maya, cursing, "Are you freaking crazy? Tired of living?"

Maya's throw was strong, but unfortunately didn't manage to break Elia's face.

Hearing Elia's curses, Maya quickly walked up to her, grabbed her shoulder-length hair, shoved her, and warned, "Elia, I'm telling you, don't think I ignore you because I'm afraid of you. If you dare provoke me again and use dirty tricks, I'll go sleep with Henry Reid."

Maya's threat made Elia explode in anger too. She stood upright and slapped Maya hard across the face.

Soon, the two girls were entangled in a fierce brawl, completely disregarding their image.

But Elia had more helpers, and very soon Maya was subdued. Her hands were held by two girls, and another girl grabbed her hair, rendering her unable to move.

"You, a motherless little whore, want to fight with me? Do you even know your worth?" After cursing, Elia slapped Maya across the face again.

Not willing to back down after being slapped, Maya raised her right foot and precisely kicked Elia in the lower abdomen.

Instantly, Elia bit her lower lip, clutching her stomach and squatted down, her face expressing deep pain.

"Strip off Maya's clothes."

In a fit of rage, Elia ordered her companions to strip Maya's clothes.

But the other girls didn't dare to take action, as this was at school, and they couldn't bear the responsibility for consequences afterwards.

"Do it! Do it!"

"Fighting on campus leads to a half-year suspension, and serious violations result in expulsion. You better think it over before you act." The girl who stood up to speak for Maya was Ella Turner.

"Slap!" Just after Ella finished speaking, she got slapped by Elia.

"This school bears the Spencer name. If anyone gets expelled, you'll be the first!" Elia, burning with anger, naturally wouldn't let Ella who defended Maya off lightly.

"Elia, stop! Today we've taught Maya a lesson." The girls holding onto Maya began to panic.

Though the school belonged to the Spencer Family, Elia was just a child and couldn't make decisions. They could play around with her but wouldn't act foolishly concerning serious matters.

After being slapped by Elia, Ella bit her lip, with reddened eyes, determined that one day, she'll return the slap.

However, she wasn't scared by Elia's slap; rather, she stepped forward to pull away the girls holding Maya.

Seeing this, Elia grabbed Ella's hair, slapped her after the pull, and then pushed her to the ground, punching and kicking her.

At this moment, Maya, who had regained her freedom, grabbed Elia's hair from behind, slammed her into the wall behind, and choked her neck, glaring at her with fury, threatening, "Do you believe I can make you suffocate right now?"

As Maya spoke, she intensified her grip on Elia's neck, making her face turn blood red.

Seeing Elia unable to speak, Maya took a deep breath and said, "Try provoking me again."

After saying that, Maya forcefully pushed Elia's neck against the wall, causing her head to hit the wall with a "bang" sound.

The aura Maya emanated stunned Elia. She always thought Maya was a little cat that wouldn't bite, but didn't expect her to have a day when she could assert herself.

Watching Ella follow Maya out of the classroom, Elia clenched her fists tightly. She remembered this score, wondering if she was so easily provoked, and how could she tolerate Maya stepping over her.

After Maya left the classroom, the place erupted!

Although Maya had received more hits than Elia, today Elia was completely defeated by Maya.

On the football field, Maya found a shady spot to lie down, while Ella lay closely beside her.

Even though Maya's eyes were closed, her attention was focused on Ella.

This girl not only lent her clothes a few days ago, but also bought her medicine when she was sick, and actually fought alongside her just now.

Thinking about the earlier scene, Maya slightly raised the corner of her mouth and secretly smiled.

She asked, "Aren't you going to class?"

"You're not going either, right?"

"I scored an 8."

"I'm afraid Elia will hit me."

After Ella mentioned fearing Elia hitting her, the two girls laughed.

"Hello Maya! I'm Ella. It's like fighting made us friends."

"My name is Maya. Looks like fighting made us friends."

Then, the two girls laughed again.

Ella was the first person Maya saw smile since coming to S City, and she had seen her smile more than once.

"Ella, why didn't you go to class? I just heard you were fighting with classmates."

As the two girls quietly lay on the lawn enjoying the peace, suddenly a hurried voice interrupted them.

Maya opened her eyes and saw a very fair, sunny, and handsome boy quickly approaching them, he even looked somewhat similar to Ella.

"Brother, why are you here? I'm fine! Don't worry about me. Let me rest for a bit." Hearing the reproachful voice, Ella quickly jumped up from the ground, blocking the boy from nearing her and Maya's spot.

"You say you're fine, but look how dirty your clothes are and your face is swollen. Tell me who hit you, and I'll hit them back for you."
