Chapter 75 - 73 Restrain a Bit Maya had already noticed this point; he liked to bind her every time, but she really disliked it.

So, she still stood at the door, not going in.

"1, 2, 3," as soon as the man said '3', she shot into the room like an arrow, leaning against the wall opposite him, staring straight at her.

Then she heard the door close.

Immediately after, he embraced her, took off her backpack, throwing it on the ground, and her clothes were also pulled off and thrown down. His kisses and passion overwhelmed her, scaring her.

With both hands clenched into fists, she thought to herself, "Just grit your teeth and bear it; as long as I can return to the Spencer family, everything will be fine."

Suddenly, Maya said, "I think it's better for us to be a bit restrained."

"You want to back out?"

"We are not good!"

"Does not exist!!"

"What do you mean by 'does not exist'?" Maya was bewildered by this sentence, raising her foot against his chest to ask.

"Maya, you don't need to restrain yourself."

"Yes, I admit it, but right now reason is still prevailing."

Liam heard the word 'reason', abruptly got up from the bed, and left without turning back. This woman can be reasonable; how could he possibly lose his mind!

Finally, under Maya's guidance, reason won out, even though his desire for her was driving him crazy.

The girl watched his departing back, hurriedly got up from the bed, and locked the door behind him.

Liam heard her lock the door, turned around angrily, and kicked the door.

Liam felt he must be out of his mind!

In the master bedroom, someone washed up, changed into men's clothes, and fell into a deep sleep without a thought.

She slept until noon the next day, finally woken by Ella Turner's call.

When she got up and opened the door, the suite was already empty, as if everything from last night was a dream.

Thinking about the various intimacies of last night, Maya bit her lower lip and rolled her eyes at herself, patting her face and muttering.

"Maya, are you crazy? He's your enemy, how can you be seduced by him? So lacking in resolve,

Maya was seldom like this, now she was filled with regret, cursing herself for compromising with him. That man was just playing with her, and he didn't lose anything, after all,

Thinking about last night's brush with danger, nearly failing to guard herself again, Maya was extremely scared.

She decided that from now on, she wouldn't go out at night for anything, wouldn't see him for anything—or risk being led astray by him.

After a round of regret, Maya walked to the bedroom, dug through the closet for his clothes to wear on herself, and added a baseball cap and men's glasses.

Thankfully, the man still had some conscience and left money on the table. She only took enough for the fare, not wanting to take more and owe him more, though she already owed a lot.

When Maya returned to the dormitory, Ella looked at her attire and burst into laughter, forgetting they had gone to the police station the night before.

She said, "Maya, are you planning to become a private detective?"

"Can't be bothered to explain to you, just making do since I have no clothes to wear."

"Your third brother's."

"Yeah!" She didn't tell Ella that even the shorts were that bastard's. She really didn't want to wear them, but she also had no habit of wearing dirty clothes, so she just made do.

"Maya, you're hilarious. I thought your third brother didn't care about you, but he actually brought you back."

"I don't want to see him ever again." Every time she saw him, it came at a cost, always being teased by him.

The two girls chatted away, completely forgetting about the fake money incident from the night before.

These carefree days lasted until the day grades were announced. Ella and Ethan Turner went home, leaving her alone in the dormitory, quietly waiting for the Spencers to call her home.

Around eleven in the morning, Sister Jane Spencer's call finally came.

Maya answered the call nervously, asking, "Big Sister, are you back?"

"Yes! I'm back, and your second brother is back too. Grandpa is asking about your exam, and wants you to come home."

"Big Sister, I got full marks, I'll come back right away, immediately."

Maya had been waiting for this call all morning, and finally it came. Thinking of her mother's diary, and Liam's impending departure from the Spencer family, her mood lifted. She wouldn't have to face that pervert anymore and could continue following the clues.

So, she hung up the phone, packed her luggage, and headed home.

As soon as Maya entered the living room, she happened to see her second brother coming downstairs.

They had met once during the New Year. Kinsley was very polite to her, the one who smiled at her the most in the Spencer family. However, they didn't spend much time together, just two days before he flew abroad.

Now seeing him again, he was both familiar and unfamiliar to her!

Kinsley saw the girl with the suitcase, quickly approached her, took her luggage, and asked, "Maya, how come you're living at school?"

The man was very cordial, as if they were already well acquainted.

Listening to the man's question, Maya smiled shyly and said, "Rushing studies, it's convenient to stay at school."

As she explained, she followed Kinsley to her room.

However, following right behind her, Liam witnessed all their interaction, watching the girl being polite and gentle with another brother, his mood instantly soured.

He thought Maya would be cold to everyone in the Spencer family, indifferent to all, but she was different toward the second brother who had been abroad for a long time.
